Product development at TinyVan is the process of creating a new product that covers all stages of a tiny house that is intended to meet a specific purpose or need, starting from the concept development stage and ending with its placement on the land where it will be used.
The most important point for the final product to be successful is that the entire product development process is planned with great care and meticulousness, starting from the idea creation stage. Based on this, issues such as possible risks, maintenance and repair costs that may be experienced during the shipping of the tiny house and its lifespan are estimated and analyzed, and material selection and design options are created.
One of the main goals of product development at this stage is that the tiny house can meet the purpose of use, the needs of the end user or the investment purpose of the investor operating in the tourism sector.
We also attach great importance to determining the special needs of the end user,
Understanding their aesthetic expectations,
Researching current trends in this field,
What else the user environment may need and most importantly,
How we can add value to the product.
After the definitions of TinyVan are made, visual studies, sketches and drafts of the product are started to be drawn.
The most reasonable one among the alternative concepts is selected and detailed and 3D visuals and videos are presented to the customer.
After the customer's approval, the manufacturing phase is started.
After the production is completed, the licensing and license plate allocation process of the tiny house subject to sale is carried out.
An important issue here is that TinyVan is documented with the DC99 Caravan superstructure.
Since each TinyVan is completed with the superstructure code DC99 (caravan, tiny house etc.), it is not subject to TÜV inspection when the production is completed.
However, if the superstructure is produced by other manufacturers without registration by purchasing a trailer from outside, this process is quite time-consuming and costly, as the tiny house will be subject to a separate project design process by TSE as required by the regulation.
Since TinyVan is an officially licensed manufacturer, it is also exempt from the first inspection and TSE surveillance and inspection.
If desired, the user can also be exempt from the annual inspection by banning the TinyVan from traffic.
